• How do I know if an item is actually in stock?

    We use real-time inventory. If a color/size combination is out of stock you will see the “out of stock” warning and you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart.

  • Why should I register for an account?

    Registered customers enjoy many benefits. For example, they can easily check order status and history, create and maintain an address book, and receive information about new products and special events.

  • Do you take backorders?

    No. If an item is out-of-stock you will see the “out of stock” warning and you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. Please check the website again in a week or two when inventory comes back into stock.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.

  • What shipping services/methods do you use?

    We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.   • How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

    Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends go out within 3 business days starting on the following Monday, unless it is a public holiday. Please note that public Holidays do not count as “business days”. Please note, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Packages sent by the USPS usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, email help@cw-x.com Monday to Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get merchandise on its way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. The result of your order cancellation request will be communicated to you within two business days.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns on any UNWORN items, if the merchandise is returned within 60 days from the original ship date. See our full return policy for more details.

  • If I am not satisfied with my order, who pays for return shipping?

    You do. Customers pay for return shipping and handling. Please reference CW-X return Policy.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a USPS tracking number or postal delivery tracking information.

  • How do I know that my order is secure?

    Our site only accepts orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts the information you put in. This means you should not be able to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. You should, however, be aware that 100% security is not always possible. Also, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

  • How do I update personal information for my account?

    Simply log in to your account and make the appropriate changes. You will be able to change your shipping and contact information, as well as update your email address. If you have trouble logging in because you have forgotten your password, you can send us an email to help@cw-x.com and we will respond with a message containing instructions about how to correct the problem.

  • Which states do you collect taxes in?

    We are required to collect local and state taxes for orders shipped to New Jersey and New York.

  • Does CW-X accept international orders?

    Merchandise purchased on cw-x.com can only be shipped to destinations in the United States.

  • What information is collected about me?
  • How should CW-X products be washed?

    Ideally you should hand wash your CW-X products in a delicate detergent specially formulated for athletic clothes. If you must machine wash your CW-X items use a lingerie wash bag to protect these delicate garments from snags, tangles and tears. Place bag in washing machine and run on the cold water cycle using mild soap or detergent. Also, as with other clothes, you should wash light and dark colored bras separately, as synthetic fibers tend to pick up dye from the wash water. Do not wring-out or twist the garments to remove excess water.

  • Can I put my CW-X products in the dryer?

    We suggest laying your CW-X items out flat or drying them on a line. The heat of tumble dryers often ruins sportswear because it breaks down the performance characteristics of athletic fabrics.
