• Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

    Unfortunately, CW-X is not able to change your order.

    If you would like to cancel your order, email help@cw-x.com Monday to Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

    The window of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it is small, so we can’t guarantee we can cancel your order before it is in process. If we are unable to cancel it, please review our Return Policy below.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    We currently cannot process credit cards issued outside the United States.

    We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

  • What are the accepted billing countries?

    At this time, CW-X can only accept credit cards issued in the US.

  • What currency is the site in?

    All dollar amounts on the US website are presented in US currency.

  • How do I know that my order is secure?

    CW-X ensures all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our servers and your computer.

  • What are CW-X shipping options?

    CW-X uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.

    Packages sent by the USPS usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sundays and National Holidays.

    At this time, we cannot offer express shipping.

  • Can you ship my order international/abroad?

    We currently offer shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.

  • Can my shipping and billing address be different?

    Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as the billing information provided is from a card issued in the US and the shipping address is in the US.

    Please note we require that you enter the exact billing address that is on your credit card statement. Orders not using the correct billing address may not complete successfully.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders are processed on regular business days Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

    Orders placed after 12PM EST are processed the next business day, and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • What is the status of my order?

    After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at help@cw-x.com.

    Once your order has shipped within 1-2 business days, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

  • Why was my order rejected?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    At this time, we cannot process a foreigner credit card (non-US billing address).

    If your order has been rejected, all funds will be reversed into the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-7 days for your bank to release funds.

    When Paying by Credit Card, for fraud prevention purposes we require that you enter the exact billing address that is on your credit card statement. Orders not using the correct billing address may not complete successfully due to no AVS (address verification system) match.

  • How can I exchange an item?

    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on CW-X.com. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item.

  • What is your return policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CW-X product, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering.

    Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the hangtag attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

    Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.

    We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than CW-X.com

  • How do I return a product?

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid RMA will not be accepted.

    Request your RMA by emailing help@cw-x.com and providing your name, email address, product information and order number located on the order confirmation email along with a brief reason for the return. Our customer service representative will provide you with a RMA number.

    Print 2 copies of the Return Authorization.

    Before sending your return shipment, please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package

    Prepare your package by packing the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible).

    Please include a copy of your original email receipt and a copy of the RMA with Barcode inside the box.

    Affix your shipping label to the package with an additional copy of the RMA Barcode.

    For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FedEx or another insured parcel post for your return. Ship the return package to:

    Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.

    Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    CW-X will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed within 3-5 business days after we’ve inspected your return. Return shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

    Credit or Debit Cards usually take between 5-10 business days to be posted to your account.

  • How do I find the right size and fit?

    For optimum performance, your CW-X garment needs to fit correctly. CW-X Compression Gear should fit tightly yet comfortably into the body.

    If you fall in between sizes, we recommend size down for Xcelerated recovery. If your purpose is to use the garment for physical activity, choose a larger size.

    Please refer to our Size & Fit Page for all our Size Charts, and remember if the fit isn’t perfect, you can return the garment.

  • What is CW-X compression rate?

    Compression is rated in millimeters of mercury (mmHg). CW-X shorts and tights are rated 18-20 mmHg which is, Athletic grade compression.  Medical compression rate is usually above 20 mmHg.

  • Should I wear underwear under compression?

    It’s up to you! Most people prefer to wear undergarments under compression. It’s recommended that sports underwear made from performance fabrics are worn rather than cotton as cotton will not wick away the sweat.

  • How does CW-X Compression Gear work?

  • How do I put on the tights properly?

    To achieve maximum support and comfort, please wear the tights as recommended.

    We suggest sitting down to put it on.

    Use both hands to slowly roll the tights up your legs.

    Make sure the support web is aligned properly and symmetrically on both legs.

    NOTE: The support lines should cross above and below your knee caps

    Please check whether the knee support is fitting correctly or not.

    If there are too many wrinkles in the knee area, the fitting is incorrect.

    Adjust the waistband as needed.

  • What are CW-X Wash and Care instruction?

    CW-X garments require careful washing to protect the fabric and enhance its performance life.

    We recommend the following steps:

    Machine wash warm with like colors

    Line dry in the shade

    Do not tumble dry

    Do not bleach

    Do not iron

    Do not dry clean

  • What is your Warranty Policy?

    Your CW-X Compression Gear is covered by a 1 year warranty on any material or workmanship flaws from the day you buy them. If you have received a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Policy page for more information.
