  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    CW-X.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

    Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Afterpay Installments.

    We only accept 1 form of payment at this time, orders cannot split payments between credit cards.

  • What are CW-X shipping method options?

    CW-X uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. USPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

    CW-X uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) as our carrier for Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air) and Overnight (UPS Next Day Air) shipping to all addresses in the United States. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

  • When will my CW-X order ship?

    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    CW-X.com is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

    If you’d like to cancel your order, email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM EST. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

    If we are unable to make a cancellation, you can always return your items to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

  • My purchase went on sale after I ordered it. Can you honor the sale price?

    Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If the item went on sale within 24 hours after you ordered it, we will honor the sale price. We will refund the difference to the card on file. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to hit your bank/credit card (sometimes may take longer depending on your bank).

  • How can I exchange an item?

    We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    We do not refund order shipping costs.

    No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved.

    We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

    CW-X is not responsible for any lost returns.

  • How do I return an item?

    To request a return authorization, email Customer Care and provide your order #, name and email address.

    Check your inbox for a Pre-Paid USPS Shipping Label. If you do not receive one within 3 business days after submitting your request, contact customercare@cw-x.com

    How to return:

    – Prepare your package with the items to return and include your return authorization. Make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging.

    – Print out the Pre-Paid USPS Return Shipping Label

    – Affix the Shipping Label to the package and drop it at your nearest Post Office.

    Once the return is processed, you will be notified via email confirming the refund back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days from the ship date for your return to be completed.

     

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Once your return has been received at our distribution center, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

    After your return is processed, you will be notified via email confirming the refund back to the original method of payment including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

     

  • What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?

    Please email CW-X Customer Care. In the body of the email include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

     

  • What is your Warranty Policy?

    Your CW-X Compression Gear is covered by a 1 year warranty on any material or workmanship flaws from the day you buy them. If you have received a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Policy page for more information.
