  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    CW-X.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

    Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay and Afterpay Installments.

    We only accept 1 form of payment at this time, orders cannot split payments between credit cards.

  • What are CW-X shipping method options?

    CW-X uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. USPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

    CW-X uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) as our carrier for Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air) and Overnight (UPS Next Day Air) shipping to all addresses in the United States. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

  • When will my CW-X order ship?

    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    CW-X.com is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • What taxes do customers pay?

    The taxes we charge are determined by the zip code in the shipping address you use for your order. Our policies are based on state and local tax laws for online shopping as they currently exist. However, these laws are subject to change, and we will continue to update our policies as necessary.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

    If you would like to cancel your order, email help@cw-x.com Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM EST as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

    If we are unable to make a cancellation, you can always return your items to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

  • My purchase went on sale after I ordered it. Can you honor the sale price?

    Please contact help@cw-x.com as soon as possible. If the item went on sale within 24 hours after you ordered it, we will honor the sale price. We will refund the difference to the card on file. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to hit your bank/credit card (sometimes may take longer depending on your bank).

  • How can I exchange an item?

    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

  • What is your return policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CW-X product, you have 30 days from your order date to request a return for a full refund. We do not refund order shipping costs.

    All return merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all CW-X tags attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

    Return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded. CW-X is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.

    We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than CW-X.com

  • How do I return an item?

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid RMA will not be accepted.

    Request your RMA by emailing help@cw-x.com and providing your name, email address, product information and order number located on the order confirmation email along with a brief reason for the return. Our customer service representative will provide you with a RMA number.

    Print 2 copies of the Return Authorization.

    Before sending your return shipment, please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package

    Prepare your package by packing the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible).

    Please include a copy of your original email receipt and a copy of the RMA with Barcode inside the box.

    Affix your shipping label to the package with an additional copy of the RMA Barcode.

    For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FedEx or another insured parcel post for your return.

    Return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.

    CW-X is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt/tracking number for your return drop off as proof of return postage and to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Once your return has been received at our distribution center, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

    Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. You can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days after return was processed.

    You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • What is your Warranty Policy?

    Your CW-X Compression Gear is covered by a 1 year warranty on any material or workmanship flaws from the day you buy them. If you have received a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Policy page for more information.
