ORDER & SHIPPING
What payment options do you accept?
CW-X.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay Installments. We only accept 1 form of payment at this time, orders cannot split payments between credit cards.
What are CW-X shipping options?
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Free Shipping - Delivery in 5 to 10 Business Days via USPS
2nd Business Day - Delivery in 2 Business Days via FedEx
Standard Overnight - Delivery in 1-2 Business Day via FedEx
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders. USPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend any order information. Kindly email our Customer Care team after you receive your order and we'll be happy to assist with a return process, if needed.
When will my CW-X order ship?
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. You can also find the tracking number by logging in to view your CW-X account.
What if I paid for expedited shipping?
Expedited orders (FedEx 2nd day and FedEx Standard Overnight) will be shipped out the following business day.
Any orders placed on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday) or a holiday will ship the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from FedEx shipping days. Sunday is excluded from USPS shipping days.
Please Note: If you select FedEx 2nd day, you must allow 1 processing day and two full shipping/business days to receive your order. If you select FedEx Standard Overnight shipping, you must allow 1 processing day and 1 full shipping/business day to receive your order.
Does CW-X ship outside of the USA?
International shipping is currently unavailable.
My package is missing. Can you help?
Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please email Customer Care. In the body of the email include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item?
Need another size? We’ve got you covered with exchanges! To start an exchange, visit returns.cw-x.com
When making an exchange, the replacement order will be placed when your return order is processed at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.
Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
What is CW-X return policy?
Change your mind? Need a different size?
No problem! Shipping back your order is easy and will only take a moment.
We offer free return shipping in the US for all orders. We no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your own prepaid label or get a QR code to use at eligible USPS locations.
CW-X Compression Gear in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with the original tags attached, may be exchanged or returned for a refund up to 30-days following the original ship date. Rejected items will not be returned to you.
CW-X’s Return and Exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
How do I return an item?
Returning or exchanging our products is free and easy.
- Visit returns.cw-x.com and follow the prompts to complete your return.
- Print your pre-paid shipping label to send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging. If you don’t have a printer, no problem. You can bring your package to a USPS location. An associate will scan the QR code from your mobile device and print the label for you.
- Make sure to attach the CW-X return label to the package. We cannot process your return if you do not use a CW-X return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due.
- CW-X is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop-off as proof of return postage.
We can only process items that have been sent back through our Returns system. Merchandise sent any other way will not be returned to you.
How do I get a return label?
Head to returns.cw-x.com and follow the prompts. There, we’ll have a digital label for you that you can print at home. Don’t have a printer? No problem. You can go to a USPS location, show the QR code attached to your USPS tracking number and a team member will print the label for you on the spot.
What does it mean when an item is removed from my return or my return was rejected?
When an item is removed from your return, this typically means that it has been deemed ineligible for a refund by the returns team. Ineligible items can range from being worn, laundered, having deodorant stains, or missing original tags. Rejected items will not be returned to you.
When can I expect my refund?
Returns process can take up to 10 business days after delivery to our warehouse. Your refund will be issued and applied to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
For store credit refund, a CW-X gift card will be issued once your return order is processed at our warehouse and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to issue refunds or store credit unless it is confirmed your returned item is received and in its original unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Rejected items will not be returned to you.
WARRANTY
What is your Warranty Policy?
Your CW-X Compression Gear is covered by a 1-year warranty on any material or workmanship flaws from the day you buy them. If you have received a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Policy page for more information.
