What are CW-X shipping method options?

CW-X uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. USPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
CW-X uses FedEx as our carrier for 2nd Business Day and Standard Overnight shipping to all addresses in the United States. FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items. If you'd like to cancel your order, email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM EST. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. If we are unable to make a cancellation, you can always return your items to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

When will my CW-X order ship?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number.

How can I exchange an item?

We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and then place a new order online.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original ship date. To receive a refund for the original purchase price, your return must include the original packing slip. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
You will be issued a CW-X gift card for any returns received after 30 days from the original ship date.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and have the original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards. ​
We cannot accept returns that do not comply with the terms outlined in this return policy.
We can only process items that have been sent back through our Returns system. Merchandise sent any other way will not be returned to you.​
If you abuse our return policy, we may refuse to do future business with you.​

    How do I return an item?

    Included in each CW-X package is a prepaid USPS Return Shipping Label.
    *If you did not receive a prepaid label or have misplaced the label, please email Customer Care.
    • Pack up your items and include your packing slip
    • Affix the CW-X return shipping label to the package.
    • Drop off your package at the USPS

    When can I expect my refund?

    Once we receive your package, we will process it as soon as possible. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your payment method provider determines the amount of time it takes before you receive your refund, so it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles.
