We accept returns on all items that have not been opened, are in their original packaging, that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note we do not refund initial shipping fees. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet some or all of the above guidelines.
Once your order has been processed and the issuing bank has verified your credit card, your merchandise will be shipped, and you will be charged. If your order cannot be processed, a customer care representative will contact you by email or telephone. The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on the method of shipping. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. Please note, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Packages sent by the USPS usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends go out within 3 business days starting on the following Monday, unless it is a public holiday. Please note that public Holidays do not count as “business days”.
Track Your Order
After you place an order online we will send you an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .Once your order has been shipped—usually within 1-2 business days—you will receive another email, which will include your tracking number.
If you would like to cancel your order, email email@example.com Monday to Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get merchandise on its way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. The result of your order cancellation request will be communicated to you within two business days.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your original order number which can be located on your email order receipt, your name, and email address that was used to place the original order. Also provide product information for the item you are requesting to return. Specifically, Item name, Color, Size as stated on your original email order receipt. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response from CW-X customer service. You will be provided a Return Authorization number which has to be clearly visible on the outside of the return carton. Please also include a copy of your original email order receipt inside the box. For your protection, CW-X recommends that you use a shipping carrier which provides tracking number information.
As soon as your return carton is received, the garments are inspected. This process can take up to 4 business days after the receipt of the return. If the returned garment clears inspection and conforms to the CW-X returns policy, stated above, a full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping fee—is issued to the credit card used for purchase. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds will be posted to your account in 8-10 business days after the refund transaction has been completed.
