What are CW-X shipping method options?
CW-X uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our standard carrier for shipping to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. or APO/FPO boxes. USPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
CW-X uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) as our carrier for Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air) and Overnight (UPS Next Day Air) shipping to all addresses in the United States. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
CW-X.com is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States.
How do I track my CW-X.com order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Care team. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.
If you’d like to cancel your order, email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM EST. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
If we are unable to make a cancellation, you can always return your items to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Return the items you wish to exchange and visit us at cw-x.com to submit a new order for your items.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all product tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
How do I return an item?
To request a return authorization, email Customer Care and provide your order #, name and email address.
Check your inbox for a Pre-Paid USPS Shipping Label. If you do not receive one within 3 business days after submitting your request, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How to Return:
– Pack up your items and include your packing slip.
– Print out the attached Prepaid USPS Return Shipping Label.
– Affix the CW-X return shipping label to the package.
– Drop off your package at the USPS or schedule a USPS pick up at www.usps.com/pickup
Once the return is processed, you will be notified via email confirming the refund back to the original method of payment. Allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your package.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund?
Once your return has been received at our distribution center, please allow up to two weeks for processing.
